🎟️ Important: All Attendees Must Register
Every person attending contest — members, competitors, directors, guests — must register.
All members attending contest are required to purchase an All Events Badge (unless using a complimentary registration option as noted below). There is no separate competitor-only registration.
🐦 Early Bird Pricing (Through April 30 at Midnight)
All Events Badge – Region 9 Members
- $25 Adult Members
- $13 Youth Members (age 25 and under)
- VIP Upgrades - $10 (available for Saturday night Show of Champions)
Front Line Directors and Past International Presidents must also register, but should select the complimentary registration option when completing the form.
⏰ Early Bird pricing closes at midnight on April 30th.

All Events Badge – Region 9 Members
- $40 Adults
- $20 Youth (25 and under)
🎟️ Guest Tickets (including non-Region 9 members singing in a quartet)
Members may purchase guest All Events badges and Single Event tickets at the same time they register. You must provide the full name of each guest when purchasing.
⚠️ Guests are NOT eligible for Early Bird member pricing.
Guest All Events Badges:
- $75 Adult
- $38 Youth (ages 11–25)
- Complimentary Child (age 10 and under)
- $25 Adult
- $13 Youth (ages 11–25)
- Complimentary Child (age 10 and under)
(Available for the Saturday Night Show of Champions only)
💻 Registration Platform – Please Read Carefully
As with Harmony Summit, we are using Zeffy.
Zeffy is completely free for Region 9. However, they automatically add a 17% donation during checkout.
👉 To remove the donation:
- Click the dropdown menu at the end of the payment process
- Choose “OTHER”
- Enter $0 in the amount box
Please do not forget to adjust this if you do not wish to donate.
